Scarey, what do you think! I just got back from Des Moines, Iowa speaking at the "Get Motivated" Business Conference. You know the ones they advertise in the paper - Zig Ziglar, Rudy Guliani, Steve Forbes, etc.
It was a blast, but the difficult part was not the size of the audience
The difficult part is they gave me 25 minutes to convince 15,000 people that real estate is a good investment and that they should immediately sign up for a seminar!
Whether you are speaking to 17 or 15,000 people, there's certain techniques that work the same - and then again, there's a lot of things that are DRASTICALLY different.
The bottom line is that it all comes down to communication and being able to show other people the dedication and desire that you have to "Do What It Takes" to be Successful!
